I needed my struts replaced on my 2015 Honda Odyssey because I was trying to sell it. I picked up 2 days later and they said the technician noted a broken ABS sensor wire 🤦🏼‍♂️ ( you mean the wire he broke while replacing the struts!?) My dash had 4 different check engine lights on and so many different things no longer worked in the car...it was beyond stressful!! I called back after getting home to inspect the "repairs"... Told them they needed to fix this! I dropped it off a few days later and they did replace the sensor which cleared up all the other codes/errors. They didn't charge anything extra for finally fixing it...I just more upset that the technician doing the work actually tried to hide the fact that he F'ed up! They did right their wrong, but when trying to sell the vehicle within the next few days... It was an extremely stressful situation I shouldn't have had to deal with. Today I noticed I had not 1 but 2 tires both with nails in them! I’ve lived across from Wisconsin Muffler almost 26 years now and had never stopped in but boy am i glad i did today! Most places aren’t even open on Saturday’s so i was thrilled when i saw they were open AND could squeeze me in for a walk in! Wade was the gentleman who helped me out and was not only extremely friendly and knowledgeable but also provided fantastic service! The shop guys inspected ALL my tires and ended up finding 2 nails in 1 tire and 1 in the other. They patched all 3 for me and recommended a great deal on new tires before winter. I was in and out in under 35 minutes!! I will definitely be returning here for future needs and will be recommending to others! Customers service was unmatched!

Looking to get an emissions inspection. Took 10 minutes to get someone to notice me in the waiting room only to have them tell me it’s going to be a while, while gesturing to the two individuals in the room. Immediately left the room without a chance for me to ask additional questions. I would provide names but didn’t even meet the person who talked to me. I’m local to muskego and like to support local businesses, safe to say I won’t be supporting this one. I save ☝️ ⭐️ for swift kicks in the nuts.

Negligent, negligent, negligent! Went in to get an estimate on my exhaust. There was a hole in the flex pipe under the front of the car. Was told that is would cost around $1400 dollars to fix because they would have to replace the catalytic converter to do the repair. Plus, they said that the motor mount was loose and that would be another $500 to fix. It took me about 4 weeks to save up the money. When I returned to get the repair done and handed them the estimate, they told me that is was only for part of the repair, the catalyic converter, NOT the flex pipe, which would be another $350. When Iquest ioned why, when I asked for a quote to repair the exhaust, they only quoted for one part (and NOT the part that actually had the hole mind you) they said that they would take care of it and honor their original estimate. However, when I told them I was going to wait on the motor mount repair they said if I didn't repair that also, they wouldn't warranty the exhaust repair. I said fine, $1400 was all I could afford at that time. Within 2 days of picking up the "repaired" vehichle, it was pouring exhaust into the car itself and making almost as much noise as when I brought it in. Took it to another shop and they showed me what had been done. Two gaskets were blown out that they never mentioned to me and instead for replacing them they just used muffler putty to seal them, Where they attached the new pipe to the old they only half soldered it and then shoved putty in the rest, and they never fully bolted and soldered it to the manifold, which left the air intake pulling the exhaust into the car. No to mention, there was ABSOLUTELY NO MOVEMENT IN THE MOTOR MOUNT! I had to spend another $600 dollars to have the other shop take everything apart and put it back together correctly. I highly recommend you find another place to take your vehichle. Not only shoddy work, but very dangerous AND dishonest..

We emailed and called prior to our emissions test for my son's first car. We were told any time before 5pm. I got off of work and we immediately headed over and arrived at 4:45pm. The technician came out 10 minutes and EXTREMELY rudely yelled at us saying "Yeah?! What? Can I help you?!" I told him why we were there and hea said no, he didn't have time. I was going to make an appointment for getting the muffler replaced, tires replaced and, brakes checked but, no chance in hell now.
